Legal Description: Lot Three (03), Block Six (06), Original Town of Ness City, Kansas.

General Comments: This former church is serviced by city water and sewer, natural gas and electricity.  This former church is a stud/stucco building built in 1950 and has 1,376 sq. ft.  The building has steel siding and a shingled roof.  This building has many possibilities weather it would be commercial or residential.

Terms, Taxes, & Title Insurance: Twenty percent (20%) down day of sale, balance due upon closing. This auction sale is not contingent upon the purchaser’s ability to finance the purchase. Buyers must make finance arrangements, if needed, prior to the auction. Title insurance shall be used to prove clear and merchantable title with the Buyer & Seller sharing equally the owner’s policy expense. The mortgagee’s policy, if required, will be the expense of the buyer. Closing shall be on or before April 24, 2026. Taxes: Buyer to pay all 2026 and Subsequent Years taxes.  The 2025 taxes were $458.44 which were paid by the seller.
