Tract 1: All of Section Twenty Five (25), Less a 20 acre tract described as; the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (S/2SE/4SW/5) in Township Nine (9) South, Range Twenty (20), West of 6th PM, Rooks County, Kansas

General Description: This tract of land has 433 acres of pasture land with excellent grass, live water and good fences although there is ½ mile of fence absent between the adjoining property to the west. Lots of wooded draws providing excellent deer habitat. There are also 136.7 acres of very productive cropland with the balance being CRP serving as great cover for upland game birds.
